Description

The PD45VP6C100Q is part of Banner Engineering’s PicoDot™ PD45 series of convergent-mode laser sensors. Designed for applications requiring accurate detection of tiny or irregular targets, it uses a fixed-field convergent beam that sharply focuses at 102 mm (4 inches), ignoring objects beyond that range. This version provides a PNP (sourcing) three-wire output and a 5-pin M12 Quick-Disconnect pigtail cable (≈ 150 mm). It operates reliably on 10–30 V DC and offers a fast 0.2 ms response time, making it ideal for high-speed counting or position sensing. Reference LEDs indicate both power and detection status. Housing is a lightweight thermoplastic alloy (ABS/polycarbonate) rated IP54 for industrial environments.
